Our products are created manually by skilled artisans, and therefore, they are not meant to be “perfect” in terms of print alignment or color matching. Unlike machine-made or screen-printed products where every piece looks identical, handloom fabrics carry subtle variations in block print, weave, or dye. These natural irregularities are not flaws but the very hallmarks of authenticity and craftsmanship—making each piece one of a kind.
Request Window
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of product delivery.
- To initiate a request, please email us at loomessentialsindia@gmail.com with your Order ID and a short summary of the reason for return/exchange.
Review & Response
- Our Return Team will review your request and connect with you within 48 hours of receiving it.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Original tags, packaging, and product quality must remain intact.
- Items found to be used, damaged, or soiled will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping & Charges
- If your original order was shipped with a Free Delivery offer, the return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
- Refund or exchange will be processed only after inspection of the returned item by our team.
Refund/Exchange Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, or an exchange product will be shipped, as per your request.
- Please allow 7–10 working days from the date of approval for the process to be completed.
